I believe everyone deserves to enjoy cake, so I create inclusive recipes for those with allergies, diabetes, or religious dietary needs. With a background shaped by living in multiple countries and speaking several languages, I’m passionate about crafting cakes that honour different cultures and personal stories — all with care, creativity, and flavour at the heart.
