To place an order for your special event, you would have to fill in an order form. Once the order form has been filled, we will get back to you within 12-24 hours, sometimes even sooner.
We require at least 2 weeks’ notice for custom celebration cakes, but we are sometimes able to accommodate last minute orders, at an additional cost.
To secure your order, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least three days prior to collection/delivery. Please note that orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
All payments must be made via bank transfer.
